This update focuses on quality-of-life immersion improvements during gameplay and exploration, removing intrusive chat spam when traversing zones and locations.

1. SILENT ZONE & LOCATION TRANSITIONS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Deactivated automatic chat notifications when crossing zone borders, changing
  subzones, or moving between taverns, houses, cities, and the open wilderness.
- Automated preset switches triggered by the location-engine now operate completely
  silently in the background without flooding the player's chat log.
- Fading transitions completed during automated location changes also resolve
  silently with 0 chat messages.

2. CONTROLLER & PRESET ENGINE REFINEMENTS

- Extended ApplyPreset controller signature to support an optional 'isSilent' flag.
- Manual preset selections via dropdown menus, footer action buttons, HUD badge
  clicks, and chat commands (/stbu standard, /ac reset) continue to show clear,
  instant confirmation messages.
- Optional debug toggle: developers and power users can enable verbose context-switching
  logs via AtmosphereControlDB.debugZoneSwitch.
