Fixed

• Rating rows stay visible through protected or missing stat reads — rating-only rows such as Versatility and Speed no longer disappear when a percentage, bonus, or protected read is unavailable while the rating itself is still available.
• Initial HUD refresh errors are contained during login and reload — protected stat reads during the first update are counted in diagnostics instead of surfacing as addon errors.
• Saved display and language choices recover to safe defaults — stale or invalid SavedVariables no longer leave display-mode or language dropdowns in inconsistent states.
• Item Level remains visible when labels are hidden — hidden-label mode keeps the enabled Item Level values aligned with the rest of the HUD instead of suppressing the row.

Improved

• Release metadata checks are stricter before tagging and packaging — prepared releases now validate SemVer against the commits since the previous tag and export only the current changelog entry for release notes.
• CI logs and package gates are easier to audit — local and CI checks now report check-tool and GitHub Action versions, run Lua diagnostics from the workspace root, and reject unexpected bundled-library files in packaged zips.
