First public build. Built and tested on Midnight (12.1.0, Season 2).

Stat goals

• Set a target rating for any of 11 stats: Strength, Agility, Stamina, Intellect, Critical Strike, Haste, Mastery, Versatility, Leech, Avoidance and Speed.
• Fill current seeds every field from your live stats so you can tune from where you are.

Character pane

• Each stat line shows a live delta against its target — green over, red under.
• Updates with the pane itself, so gear swaps, buffs and spec changes are reflected immediately.

Item tooltips

• Hovering gear shows what the swap does to each stat, where it lands against your target, and how much rating you would still be short.
• A red break alert fires only when the swap itself drops you below a goal you were already meeting — existing gaps stay quiet.
• A single verdict line scores the whole swap. Overshooting an already-met goal counts for nothing, so surplus stats do not read as upgrades.
• Stats you have no goal for are still listed in grey, so nothing you give up is hidden.
• Rings, trinkets and one-handers compare against whichever equipped item the swap helps most.
• Stats are read from the item link, so gems, enchants and upgrade levels are included and no tooltip text is parsed — works in every game locale.

Templates

• Named goal templates per character and specialisation, one active at a time.
• Create, rename and delete from the picker; respeccing switches the whole set.

Copy and share

• Copy from target inspects a player and saves their gear ratings as a template named after them.
• Share in chat posts your goals to party, raid, guild, say or whisper. Other StatMaxxin users see a clickable link that imports them as a template; everyone else sees a short readable line.

Safety and comfort

• One-step undo covering every bulk change, including Clear, Fill current, imports and template edits. Click again to redo.
• Optional toggle to hide Blizzard's "Equipped" comparison panel.
• /smx opens your character pane and docks the window beside it; drag once to place it yourself.
• Handles Midnight's secret stat values by hiding its numbers instead of erroring.

• /smx copy — copy goals from your target
• /smx share — share your goals in chat
