Bugfix release - no new features.

Fixed

• Fixed a crash that could break the character-frame display entirely (bars missing, window looking shifted) until a /reload - most reliably seen with the character pane's secondary-stat category set to "PvP". Root cause: a WoW-side protection that can mark UI layout values as unreadable in certain contexts was hitting an unguarded calculation; it's now handled safely, so a single affected stat row degrades gracefully instead of breaking the whole panel.
• The instance-entry talent build reminder now also appears when entering Delves - it was being skipped there by mistake.
• Hardened the addon against a related class of staleness after zone transitions (dungeons, raids, etc.) - the display now automatically re-checks itself after loading into a new area, on top of the crash fix above.

If you still see missing bars or a shifted character window after this update, please run /statmarks debug followed by /statmarks debug dump right when it happens and share the output - that gives much better diagnostic information than a description alone.
