Description

StatMarks

Know your breakpoints at a glance - right where your stats live.

StatMarks adds slim, native-looking progress bars directly beneath your secondary stats (Crit, Haste, Mastery, Versatility) in the default character sheet. Each bar shows your current rating against your own configured threshold and soft cap - no separate window, no full UI replacement.

Quick Start (2 minutes)

StatMarks shows your breakpoints - so the only thing it needs from you is the numbers. Here's the whole setup:

  1. Install & log in. On a spec without profiles, StatMarks asks once whether you want to set it up - click Configure (or type /statmarks, or click the minimap button anytime).
  2. Get your numbers. Grab the stat thresholds for your spec from your sim or guide of choice - the Archon.gg buttons on the Profiles tab take you straight to the right overview page for your spec.
  3. Enter your thresholds. On the Profiles tab, type the rating values into the four stat boxes (e.g. Crit 680). Everything saves instantly - press Enter or click away, done. Leave a stat empty to skip it.
  4. Open your character sheet (C). That's it - the bars are live: the tick marks your threshold, blue means reached, red means way off.

Worth doing next:

  • One profile per situation: create "Raid", "M+", "PvP" … and switch via the dropdown right in the character frame.
  • Bind profiles to talent loadouts (Loadouts tab): switch your loadout, open the character sheet - the matching profile is already selected.
  • Soft Caps (bar maximum) come with sensible defaults - switch to "Custom values" only if your guide says otherwise.
  • Log onto an alt of the same class & spec: your profiles are already there, and one click under "Talent builds (account-wide)" creates your missing talent loadouts too.

Features

Inline threshold bars

  • Bars styled like the default reputation bar, injected under each secondary stat
  • Vertical tick marks your threshold; bar maximum is the (global) soft cap
  • Color-coded fill and value: blue = threshold reached, green = slightly below, yellow = getting off, red = way off - bands and colors are fully configurable
  • Mouseover tooltip: current rating and ~%, threshold, and exact difference

Named profiles per spec

  • Create as many threshold profiles per class & spec as you want: Raid, M+, PvP, Open World - you name them
  • Quick-switch dropdown right in the character frame, including "+ New profile"
  • Bind a profile to a talent loadout by name: open your character sheet and the matching profile is already selected. Unbound loadouts simply remember your last choice.
  • Name-based bindings work account-wide: an alt with the same spec and equally named loadouts is set up the moment you log in - nothing to copy.

Your setup, on every character

  • Profiles and loadout bindings are shared account-wide per class & spec - an alt with equally named loadouts is set up the moment you log in, nothing to copy
  • Talent build library (account-wide): StatMarks automatically remembers the talent builds of all your characters. A fresh alt of the same class & spec? One click creates every missing talent loadout - stats and talents, done.
  • Copy a whole stat setup from another spec of your class as a starting point - one dropdown pick, no strings attached

Share your setup in one string

  • Export profiles and loadout bindings per spec as a compact text string - paste it in Discord, guild notes, wherever
  • Talent builds ride along by default: importing creates the matching talent loadouts on the other character, then wires up the bindings
  • Import is validated (class/spec match, checksum) with clear conflict handling - nothing gets silently overwritten

Patch-aware

  • Thresholds and soft caps shift with tuning patches. StatMarks detects a new game build and asks once whether you want to review your numbers - then stays quiet.

Appearance

  • All four state colors via color picker, adjustable color bands, colorblind-safe preset included

Quality of life

  • Tabbed options panel under ESC > Options > AddOns > StatMarks
  • Quick links to Archon.gg stat overviews for your current spec (copy & paste - not affiliated with Archon.gg)
  • Minimap button for one-click access, freely draggable around the ring
  • Slash command: /statmarks
  • Zero libraries, event-driven, negligible memory and CPU footprint
  • Combat-proof: during combat the bars simply keep showing your pre-pull values (the game hides live stats from addons mid-fight) and refresh the moment you leave combat

What StatMarks does NOT do

It does not tell you what your thresholds should be - bring your own numbers from your sim or guide of choice. StatMarks makes sure you never have to remember them again.
