• Messages are now addressed at the moment they're sent rather than reusing the last answer. Groups at world bosses and delves change constantly, and a message queued in one group could go out aimed at a group that had already broken up.

• So now when the client refuses a message, Stagehand records why instead of ignoring it. /stagehand debug prints refusals as they happen, and /stagehand dump shows the last one. Should help debug.
