SSX Queue

1.1.2 - Fixed an error when clicking the leave button on battleground and arena queues: the game doesn't allow addons to leave PvP queues, so the button no longer appears on them; the leave button is now off by default (turn it on in the settings); removed the PvP / PvE icon option; minor improvements to the settings page

1.1.1 - Even spacing between the queue name, the role counts and the progress bar; spacing and bar height now follow the text size chosen in /ssx config; sharper tank, healer and damage icons (the same ones used by the current raid frames), shown in gray while that role is still missing; new leave queue button on each queue; new settings page (Esc > Options > AddOns > SSX > SSX Queue, or /ssx queue config) to show or hide the leave button and an optional PvP / PvE icon next to the queue name (off by default)
