SquizzFrames
**Party and raid frames that keep working after the pull.**
Patch 12.1 changed how World of Warcraft gives addons aura information. Once
a fight starts, buff and debuff data is hidden — and unit frames that read
auras the traditional way stop seeing anything applied after combat began.
Not intermittently. For the rest of the encounter.
SquizzFrames is built on Blizzard's managed aura display instead. Your HoTs,
externals, defensives, debuffs and dispels are drawn by the game itself, so
they stay accurate from the pull to the kill. No frames that quietly go blank
halfway through a boss.

## Indicators
Nineteen built-in indicators, each independently positioned, sized, coloured
and layered:
* **Healer HoTs** — your own heals over time, at a glance
* **External cooldowns** — Pain Suppression, Ironbark, Blessing of Protection
* **Defensive cooldowns** — what the target has popped for themselves
* **Dispels** — health-bar tint, border and type icon, per dispel type
* **Debuffs** and **crowd control**, with a blacklist for the noise
* **Boss debuffs** via Blizzard's private aura display
* **Shields**, **aggro**, **role**, **leader**, **raid markers**, **status**,
name and health text, and more
Need something else? Build your own. Custom indicators track any spell by ID
or name and render as icons, bars, counters, text, textures, a health-bar
tint or a frame border.
## Click-casting
Cast straight from the frames. Bind spells, macros and items to any mouse
button, keyboard key or mouse wheel direction, with any modifier combination.
No separate addon required.
## Layouts
* Separate **party** and **raid** layouts — configure each once, switch
automatically
* Six growth directions, role sorting, adjustable spacing, optional hide-self
* **Pet frames** with their own layout
* Out-of-range fading
* Hides Blizzard's default party and raid frames for you
## Set up without guessing
Every setting applies live against a preview of your own frames — drag
indicators where you want them and watch real frames update as you go. No
reloads, no editing config files.
Profiles are per-character or shared, and there's a one-click **healer preset**
that turns on and arranges the indicators most healers want.
## Getting started
| Command | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| `/sf` | Open the options panel |
| `/sf healer` | Apply the healer preset |
| `/sf lock` · `/sf unlock` | Lock or unlock frame position |
| `/sf reset` | Reset the profile and reload |
Install, join a group, type `/sf`. The defaults are usable immediately.
## Compatibility
Retail (Mainline) — patch 12.1.
Integrates with BliZzi Party Tools automatically when both are installed.
## Known issues
**Buff indicators show extra auras (patch 12.1).** A bug in 12.1 causes the
game to discard the spell-list filter addons apply to buffs, so Healer HoTs,
External Cooldowns and Defensive Cooldowns can show auras outside their
configured lists. SquizzFrames filters out long-duration and permanent buffs
to keep this manageable. It resolves itself once Blizzard fixes the
underlying API — no addon update needed.

something looks wrong on your frames, a screenshot helps enormously.
