First public release.

- A compact death summary pops up the moment you die - what killed you,
  how hard it hit and how fast you went down - and stays through release,
  resurrection and loading screens until you close it. Click Details for
  the full recap.
- Killed By: the spell that killed you, who cast it, the damage and
  overkill, and Blizzard's Avoidable / Deadly markers.
- At a glance: how fast you went down (e.g. 100% to 0 in 1.8s, burst or
  worn down), total damage taken, and how much was absorbed, resisted or
  blocked.
- A health graph of the hits leading up to your death. Hover a hit for the
  spell's tooltip, click it to jump to its details.
- What Hit You: the damage split by spell at a glance.
- Hits, Sources and All deaths tabs to dig into every hit, every enemy and
  spell, and every earlier death.
- Every death is saved for your character and grouped by dungeon or raid
  visit, so you can look back over a whole key or raid night afterwards.
- Link a death recap to chat, or post a one-line summary to your group.
- Rather see the full recap straight away? Choose it in the options.
- /squizzcap opens the options, /squizzcap show opens your last death.
