Per-character favorites, some bugfixes.

    - Always use the full macro.
    - Fixed the "two-step mode".
    Fixes GH-8.
    - Fixed macro creation.
    - Allow per-character favorites, without adding complex GUI.
    Fixes GH-7.
    - Fixed a bug mixing slow and fast mounts in the random selection.
    Also avoid using wipe().
    - Prevent druids' flying form to override travel form underwater.
