Auto-check and auto-upgrade lower-rank spell buttons on your action bars from one click in Spellbook or Talents.

Description
TBCA_SpellRank is a lightweight utility for Classic/TBC-era spell ranks.
Click the button in your **Spellbook** or **Talents** window and the addon will:
- Scan your spellbook for highest known spell ranks.
- Scan your action bar spell slots.
- Replace only slots that actually need upgrading.
- Briefly highlight updated buttons.
- Print a factual summary of replaced slots in chat and a short on-screen notice.
### Commands
- `/tbcaspellrank` or `/tsr`: Run a check-up and upgrade pass.
- `/tbcaspellrank clear`: Clear active button highlights.
### Notes
- Only direct spell actions are upgraded.
- Bars cannot be changed during combat due to game restrictions.
- Compatible with default bars and common bar frame names (Bartender4, Dominos, ElvUI) for visual highlight display.
