A raid speedrun timer with a live overlay, boss-by-boss run comparison, and a shareable leaderboard built for guilds and groups pushing for their best clear times.

Features

• Automatic speedrun tracking for all 5 current MoP Classic raids across Tier 14-16 (Mogu'shan Vaults, Heart of Fear, Terrace of Endless Spring, Throne of Thunder, Siege of Orgrimmar; all 4 difficulty modes) and all 8 current TBC Anniversary raids across Tier 4-6 (Karazhan, Gruul's Lair, Magtheridon's Lair, Serpentshrine Cavern, Tempest Keep, Mount Hyjal, Black Temple, Sunwell Plateau), including wipe counts and pull timestamps per boss. An expansion dropdown switches the whole addon between MoP and TBC data.
• Live overlay during the raid showing total time, your comparison target, and the status of every boss (cleared / current / upcoming), with pagination and an optional minimal view for raids with many bosses.
• TBC Trash Requirements tracker (new, Work in Progress): SSC, Tempest Keep, Mount Hyjal and Black Temple require killing a minimum number of specific trash mobs for a run to count as "Without Skips" on WarcraftLogs. A dedicated live window tracks this automatically via combat log, shows only what's still outstanding, and resets itself on a clean instance reset.

• Leaderboard tab with rank, guild, average item level, raid composition, size, date, duration, and an expandable role breakdown per run.
• Compare tab to line up any two runs boss-by-boss and see exactly where time was gained or lost.
• Statistics tab with your personal best times, averages per boss, and your improvement over time.
• Recent Activity tab with a full breakdown of your last raid: every boss, every wipe, the full roster.
• Import/Export so runs can be shared and merged between players, deduplicated automatically. Also supports importing the current WarcraftLogs Top 25 speed rankings for your raid tier as a reference leaderboard, with direct links back to the WCL report.
• Automatic Tank/Healer/Melee/Ranged role detection with item level, plus manual correction if a role gets misdetected.
• Minimap button, adjustable overlay position/size/transparency, and a preview mode to set it all up outside of a raid.

Slash Commands

• /srt - open or close the main window
• /srt overlay - toggle the live overlay
• /srt reset - manually reset the current attempt
• /srt lock - lock/unlock the overlay position

Status

This is an early beta. Core tracking, the overlay, and the leaderboard are stable across both expansions; the new TBC Trash Requirements tracker is a first draft and still being refined. Please report any bugs or oddities you run into.
