New: Spam Meter

• Added a detachable Spam Meter attached to the left side of the main window.
• Displays filtered spammers in a live, Details-style ranked meter.
• Rankings are based on spam filtered during a rolling 10-minute window, so inactive spammers naturally fall off the leaderboard.
• Shows each player's Spams Per Minute (SPM) to one decimal place.
• Player bars are class-colored and animate smoothly when rankings change.
• Added mousewheel scrolling and hover scroll controls for longer spammer lists.
• Hover a player for:
  • Total filtered spam for the full session.
  • Primary filter reason.
  • Their most recently filtered message.
• Spam Meter background and styling now match the main Spam Cleaner UI.

Filtering & Reporting

• Print Filter Report is now limited to the top 10 offenders.
• Session reports remain cumulative even though the Spam Meter uses a rolling 10-minute window.
• Improved identification of why a player's messages are being filtered.
• Keyword/content filters now take priority over behavioral reasons when describing spam.
• When a message matches multiple filters, Spam Cleaner prefers the more descriptive matching phrase.

Spam Detection

• Improved detection of Classic channel naming variants such as Trade - City.
• Improved cross-channel duplicate detection across channels such as /1, /2, /4, /say, and /yell.
• Cross-channel filtering continues to show the first copy while suppressing subsequent copies.
• Duplicate-message filtering remains separately configurable.

UI Improvements

• Reworked the Session controls and added a dedicated Spam Meter button.
• Improved Spam Meter tooltip positioning and readability.
• Simplified player tooltips and reduced unnecessary statistics.
• Improved Spam Meter scrolling behavior and eliminated flickering scroll controls.
• Numerous sizing, spacing, opacity, and alignment refinements.

Compatibility & Diagnostics

• Updated addon interface metadata for current Classic clients.
• Hardened /sc and /spamcleaner slash-command registration so the commands initialize earlier in the addon load process.
• Added /spamcleaner diag to help diagnose addon-loading and UI-initialization problems.
• Improved behavior when a client-specific UI error prevents the main window from finishing initialization.
