SmoothResourceBars-Mists is a compact player-frame replacement addon that renders smoothly animated health and power (mana/energy/rage) bars instead of the default UI's frames.
A lightweight visual upgrade for the default player resource bars: instead of Blizzard's default instant-snap health/mana bars, it shows smooth, interpolated fills with a cast-cost preview overlay and combo-point tracking, styled as a compact two-or-three-row dialog-bordered frame that can be freely repositioned.
