SmoergisBuffLayout is a lightweight buff layout addon for World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Anniversary.

It keeps the default Blizzard aura buttons, but organizes them into clean, separate groups so your buff area stays readable even during raids and combat.

• Keeps Blizzard’s original buff buttons
  • Unlike many other buff addons, buffs can still be right-clicked and removed during combat

  • Windfury
  • Weightstones
  • Sharpening Stones
  • Weapon Oils
• Consumables can be added manually by:
  • Spell ID
  • Buff name
• Active buffs can be selected directly from the addon UI
• Adjustable spacing between:
  • Buff rows
  • Consumables
  • Weapon Enchants
  • Debuffs
• Dynamically updates when buffs appear or expire
• Works during combat
• Configuration window can be moved freely
• Settings are saved between sessions

How it works

The addon does not create a completely separate buff system.

Instead, it reorganizes Blizzard’s existing aura buttons. This keeps the default tooltip behavior and Blizzard aura functionality while providing a much cleaner layout.
