flyout click-through fix
- Reworked the main totem hover flyouts so closed/inactive flyouts are genuinely hidden instead of remaining alpha-zero with an invisible click shield.
- Closed flyout areas no longer intercept mouse clicks from addons or UI elements placed beside/behind the SmartTotem bar.
