2.8.2 — Profile-Optional Customization and Options Improvements

Made the unnamed **None** configuration a fully persistent working setup, allowing users to customize SmartTotem without first creating a named profile.

Enabled Favorite Panels, options-page layouts, frame positions, scaling, and snap relationships while using None.
Creating a named profile now captures the user's current working configuration, including Favorites and layouts.
Added **Reset Layout**, **Reset This Tab**, and **Factory Defaults** controls with clear, separate scopes.
Improved tab-reset coverage for custom controls, including Loadout editor selections and Visible 
Preserves existing named profiles, loadouts, Earth Shield assignments, settings, frame positions, and SavedVariables when upgrading.
