### Changelog — Hotfixes & UI Refinements
* **UI Load Fix**: Resolved an issue where opening the addon for the first time on login (`/sc`) would show a blank panel until closed and reopened.
* **Icon Caching Fix**: Fixed a bug where macro icons on the right side ("Drag Me") would occasionally render as solid white boxes. They now load dynamically as data caches.
* **Icon Brightness Fix**: Moved the icon textures to the correct drawing layer so they render in full color and brightness instead of being darkened by the panel backdrop.
* **Auto-Refresh**: Added background monitoring so the panel automatically updates its contents as soon as WoW finishes loading item data from the server.
