What this Addon is:

Slerne Notes Viewer is the raider side of Slerne Notes, a raid planning addon. Your raid leader builds positioning maps, assignment lists, and notes, and presses one button. This addon receives the plan and shows it to you with your own name highlighted in every module.

You do not need Slerne Notes itself. The Viewer is the lightweight companion made for everyone who is not the raid leader.

How it works

1. Open the addon with /sn or the minimap button
2. When your raid leader broadcasts a plan, the Viewer opens by itself with the full canvas, every page.
3. Find your name. It is highlighted in gold wherever you appear: assignment boxes, lists, action rows
4. Flip through pages with the tabs above the window

What you see

Everything the leader built, rendered read only:

• Assignment boxes: groups of players, class colored, sorted by role, with role icons
• Lists and action lists: labeled slots, interrupt orders, side assignments
• Arena maps: the boss arena with markers, boss and add icons, circles, arrows, and drawings
• Text blocks: free form notes

Plans are stored per boss. The canvas dropdown switches between every plan you have received, they survive relogs, and Delete Canvas removes the ones you no longer need. A new broadcast for the same boss updates it in place.

Draw your own reminders

The header has a Pencil with eight colors. Draw directly on the received plan: circle your position on the map, underline your name, mark your kick target.

• Your drawings are local and private. They are never sent to anyone and no broadcast can erase them
• They are saved per page and per canvas, and they survive relogs
• Clear removes your own strokes from the current page

Pop out any module

Every module has a small E button. Press it and that module becomes its own movable window on your screen:

• Drag it anywhere, next to your unit frames, above your bars, wherever you look mid combat
• Mousewheel resizes the whole thing, from 40 percent to 250 percent
• Drawings that sit on the module come along, including your own pencil strokes
• It is a snapshot: page flips and new broadcasts do not touch it, so your reminder stays exactly as exported
• It stays on screen even if you close the Viewer window. Close it with its own X when the fight is done

Information Sharing

• The Viewer answers version checks, so your raid leader can see you are up to date without asking
• It shares your equipped gear (item IDs and item levels only) with the leader's loot tracker, which is how their loot log can show whether a drop was an upgrade for you
• Settings has a theme picker (font and button colors with a live preview) and a minimap button toggle
• Escape closes the window, like any Blizzard frame
