    Target patch 12.1.5; release 2.6.3

    Client is on 12.1.5.70391 while the .toc still declared 120100. Bump
    Interface to 120105 and cut 2.6.3 with the BuffTracker GetItemCooldown fix.

    Fix BuffTracker error spam from removed GetItemCooldown global

    The potion tracker called the global GetItemCooldown, which no longer
    exists in retail 12.0, so every display update threw "attempt to call a
    nil value" (44k errors in one session).

    Route it through GetItemCooldownSafe, which prefers C_Item.GetItemCooldown,
    falls back to C_Container.GetItemCooldown and the legacy global, and
    degrades to no cooldown instead of erroring. The trinket path gets the same
    treatment for its inventory globals as hardening.
