    Add options window combat handling and ESC key support

    - Options window now closes automatically when entering combat
    - Options window reopens automatically when leaving combat (if it was open)
    - ESC key now closes the options window (registered with UISpecialFrames)
    - Chat notifications when options auto-close/reopen

    Version bump: 2.3.2 → 2.3.3
