    Improve CharStats and Keystone UI controls

    CharStats improvements:
    - Add stat validation to prevent showing invalid data (ilvl = 0)
    - Only cache stats when data is valid
    - Ensures stats display remains accurate in all scenarios

    Keystone tile improvements:
    - Change scale slider step from 5% to 1% for finer control
    - Add manual input textbox for scale (matching X/Y position)
    - Users can now type exact scale values (e.g., "75" for 75%)

    Version bump: 2.3.1 → 2.3.2
