    v1.9.1 - Fix Midnight Season 1 dungeon portal spell IDs

    Updated all 8 Midnight S1 dungeon teleport spell IDs to match verified
    IDs from MythicDungeonPortals addon. Previous IDs were incorrect and
    pointed to DNT spells or wrong dungeons.

    Add CurseForge release process to CLAUDE.md and update .gitignore

    - Document automatic CurseForge releases via git tags
    - Add version 1.9.0 to migration history
    - Create LOCAL.md for machine-specific paths (gitignored)
    - Remove CLAUDE.md from .gitignore (keeping it in repo for dev docs)
