SimplePartyTargets 1.2.0.0: Another version with some big improvements and fixes:
SimplePartyTargets + Danders Frames = The ultimate combo!
SPT is now fully supporting the #1 up and coming frames-addon: Danders Frames. With this support comes a few new options as well, like:
- Allow your own Target-Block while solo (Danders only).
- Override Raid-Marker location: Top right side of the Block (Danders style).
- Font (Also works with Blizzard Frames. If you want to match the look of Danders Frames, select the "DF Roboto SemiBold").
SPT will work when solo or in a party, this includes open world, delves, dungeons and arena.
The last of these brings us neatly into the next feature:
Support in Arena: You can now see what your party-members target in the arena. The blocks are clickable, like in any other content, but the health-shading (that shows the HP dropping) will not work in Arena, because Blizzard does not allow this in the 12.0-era.
Support for Cyrillic: (Russian) letters in the blocks. This is the first version of this support, and while it is not 100% stable yet, I felt it was worth including.
Known bugs:
- Cyrillic names may sometimes revert to squares. I am working on another update that will fix this.
- Single-line names will show up with elipsies (...) at the end both in Blizzard and Danders Frames. The "Wrap Long Names"-option does not have this issue, and will display names correctly (while also showing the entire name of the NPC).
SimplePartyTargets 1.0.2.0: Big changes and improvements in this version:
- Hostile NPC names now display correctly in dungeons and instances (restored 11.2.7 behavior under 12.0).
- Major taint and UI-blocking issues resolved, including reload and party-related edge cases.
- Block Shadow is now enabled by default for new installs and when using Reset to Defaults.
- Version info moved to the About-tab.
- Discord support link added to About-tab for bug reports and updates.
- Appearance tab refined:
• New inner divider frame for clearer layout.
• Improved long-name wrapping behavior (2-line option respected correctly).
SimplePartyTargets 1.0.1.1: Fixed an issue where shadows looked weird in the overlap between bottom and right, as it got a "double layer" of shading.
SimplePartyTargets 1.0.1.0: This update focuses on stability and compatibility with WoW 12.0 while preserving the original lightweight, Blizzard-style design. If they open up for allowing proper enemy-names in instances content later, I will be adding support for it back. For now, full names are available in open-world content.
- Fixed multiple errors caused by new Blizzard “secret value” restrictions
- Enemy names in instanced content now fall back to a neutral label ("Enemy") due to Blizzard API limitations.
- Fixed an issue where the border would misbehave when moving out of range of party-members or the block was fading out.
SimplePartyTargets 1.0.0.2: Bumped the .toc to support patch 12.0 (for real this time).
SimplePartyTargets 1.0.0.1: Bumped the .toc to support patch 12.0.
SimplePartyTargets 1.0.0.0: Full release. Fixed a bug where if you had "Wrap Long Names..." enabled, and you or your party member move away from each other, while the party member had a target with a long name, it would jump back to one line just as the block-fading starts, when you get too far way. The same would happen if you pressed ESC to clear the target. It now firmly stays split over two lines, if this options is enabled.
SimplePartyTargets 0.9.5.7 (BETA): Fixed an issue where blocks not always were shoting in Edit Mode if you weren't in a party.
SimplePartyTargets 0.9.5.6 (BETA): Pre-release (Final) BETA, for live testing.
