- Dispel sound (opt-in): a short chime when someone gains a debuff you can dispel
- OOM indicator: blue line at the bottom of frames when you can't afford your main heal
- HP color scale (opt-in): health text shifts green > yellow > red as health drops
- Cast flash: brief white blink on a frame when you cast on it (toggleable)
- Fade when idle (opt-in): the whole addon dims to 40% when everyone is full and you're out of combat
- Binding cheat-sheet: hover the drag handle to see all your current bindings
- Hover-cast key capture: click "Set" and press the key combo instead of typing it
- Duplicate bindings are now highlighted in red directly on the conflicting rows
- SimpleHeal now appears under ESC > Options > AddOns with a shortcut to the settings
