A lightweight, rank-selectable action bar for Warlock stone creation spells

Description

Dynamic Visibility: Automatically detects and displays only the stone creation categories currently learned by the character.
Smart Defaults: Automatically identifies and sets the highest known rank for each stone type upon login or training.
Rank Customization: Features a right-click popup menu for each button, allowing players to manually select and set specific lower ranks to the main bar.
Interactive UI: A compact, draggable interface that can be positioned anywhere on the screen and secured via a "Lock Position" setting in the Options menu.
Warlock Exclusive: Specifically tailored for the Warlock class, ensuring the addon remains inactive and hidden on other characters.
Clean Integration: Uses a secure action bar framework to ensure reliable spell casting and native-feeling hover tooltips.
