Changelog

The same list is shown in game in the "What's new" window (/sss changelog, or the button in the config). It's kept in Changelog.lua; update both together.

• Changed: Settings are saved per character. Each character starts with the settings you had before.

• Changed: The stat priority now follows your hero talent for specs where Wowhead gives one per hero talent.
• Changed: Dark Ranger and Holy Priest use their Mythic+ priority in dungeons and keys.
• Fixed: Devourer's 800 Haste cap now only applies to Void-Scarred.
• Added: Voidweaver Discipline Priest: Haste up to 1800, then it moves to the bottom (Icy Veins).
• Added: The tooltip shows your hero talent on every spec.
• Fixed: Own goals are saved as you type, so Check bags uses them right away.
• Changed: Bag check leaves out gear with a lower item level than what it replaces, and gear for other specs.

• Added: Check bags (button under Stat targets in the config, or /sss bags) tries the gear in your bags in place of what you wear.
• Added: Each bag item gets a green check when the swap brings your stats closer to your targets or your spec's cap, and a grey one when it doesn't.
• Added: The bag check shows what each item replaces, the stat changes and the item level change.
• Added: Only Crit, Haste, Mastery and Versatility are compared, without gems and enchants. It runs out of combat.

• Added: Pick the stat target build from a dropdown: Auto, or Archon or Voidweaver with Single Target and Raid or Mythic+/AoE.
• Added: With guide targets on, each stat shows a green check when it's in its range and a grey check when it isn't.
• Added: Show or hide the spec title and the build name in the window title, each on its own.
• Changed: Config choices open a dropdown menu instead of changing on each click. "Single target" is now called "Single Target and Raid".

• Fixed: Critical Strike no longer drops to 0 in combat.
• Changed: In combat the values update live (except Versatility percent). The order, colors and checks update when combat ends, since the game hides stats from addons in combat.

• Added: Set your own stat goals: pick "My own" under Stat targets in the config and type a rating goal for any stat. Works for every spec.
• Added: Once you reach a goal, that stat gets a green check and moves down, and the tooltip shows each goal next to your rating.
• Changed: Stat targets is now one choice per spec: Off (the priority), Guide (Shadow Priest) or My own. Guide targets you turned on stay on.

1.1 - 2026-10-03

• Added: Shadow Priest stat targets from the Priest Discord / Icy Veins, as an option in the config. Rating ranges by hero talent (Archon or Voidweaver) and content. Off by default; the Wowhead priority stays the default.
• Added: Content setting for stat targets: Auto uses the Mythic+/AoE ranges in dungeons and Mythic+ keys and single target everywhere else, or pick one yourself.
• Added: With stat targets on, stats under their range come first, stats in range are marked "(on target)" and stats over it go to the bottom, greyed out.
• Added: The window title shows the build in use (for example "Archon, M+") and the tooltip lists each range next to your rating.
• Added: /sss perf start, play (a raid or a key), then /sss perf to see how long the addon spends on each event and refresh. /sss perf stop ends it. It costs nothing while off.
• Added: The performance report splits the time by place (Raid, Mythic+, Dungeon, World), with milliseconds per minute and the addon's memory use.

1.0 - 2026-10-03

• Added: Stat priority for every spec, from Wowhead for Midnight Season 2 (patch 12.1). Stats rated equal share a rank.
• Added: Primary stat and Stamina in green on top, best stats in class color, the rest in white, with your current values.
• Added: Next ranks color: the highlighted ranks after the best one get a color of their own (dimmed top color, gold, orange, light blue or the same as the best).
• Added: "Why these stats?" button in the config, explaining which stats are marked and why. Hovering over the stats window shows the same.
• Added: The config lists which stats are colored for your spec, under Highlighted ranks.
• Added: Rating caps: once you reach a cap (Devourer: 800 Haste, Subtlety: Haste), that stat moves to the bottom, greyed out. Rogues set Subtlety's Haste cap in the config.
