Silvershard Cart Map

Refreshes the open battlefield map in Silvershard Mines when a mine cart announcement arrives.
Silvershard Mines runs mine carts along three tracks toward the depots. This addon refreshes the battlefield map, when that map is already open, each time a cart announcement or boss emote arrives, so the tracks stay in view. It only runs inside Silvershard Mines.
