Lightweight addon that fixes the inability to target unitframes with left mouseclick while holding shift. This interaction (bug?) was introduced in the 12.0.7 patch.

ShiftClickTargetFix

Restores Shift / Ctrl / Alt + Left-Click targeting on unit frames and friendly nameplates (broken in patch 12.0.7).

Commands

/shiftfix — Opens the settings panel

How to Install

Download the latest release
Extract into World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns\
Enable the addon and type /shiftfix to configure which modifiers you want
