Shift Click Target Fix
Fixes inability to target unitframes with left mouse click if shift is pressed, introduced in 12.0.7 patch

Description
Lightweight addon that fixes the inability to target unitframes with left mouseclick while holding shift. This interaction (bug?) was introduced in the 12.0.7 patch.
Due to the nature of how this addon works, it will not work with other addons with their own clickcasting (ie, clique, vuhdu, grid, healbot, etc), and will most likely cause conflict errors/unintended behavior unless clickcasting is disabled.
ShiftClickTargetFix
Restores Shift / Ctrl / Alt + Left-Click targeting on unit frames and friendly nameplates (broken in patch 12.0.7).
Commands
- /shiftfix — Opens the settings panel
- /shiftfix apply — Manually re-apply the fix
- /shiftfix debug — Prints debug info (useful for troubleshooting)
