Description
Lightweight addon that fixes the inability to target unitframes with left mouseclick while holding shift. This interaction (bug?) was introduced in the 12.0.7 patch.
ShiftClickTargetFix
Restores Shift / Ctrl / Alt + Left-Click targeting on unit frames and friendly nameplates (broken in patch 12.0.7).
Features
- Works with Shift, Ctrl, and Alt modifiers
- Simple settings panel (/shiftfix) with individual toggles for each modifier
- Settings are saved automatically on /reload or logout
- "Save Settings" button also forces a full frame re-scan
- BetterBlizzPlates friendly nameplate clickthrough now works while holding any of the three modifiers
- Auto-applies on login, joining groups, spec changes, etc.

Commands
- /shiftfix — Opens the settings panel
- /shiftfix apply — Manually re-apply the fix
- /shiftfix debug — Prints debug info (useful for troubleshooting)
How to Install
- Download the latest release
- Extract into World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns\
- Enable the addon and type /shiftfix to configure which modifiers you want
