toc bump to 11.2

Estimates may be off when ignore pain is not up and talenting into Brutal Vitality. Brutal Vitality has a hidden aura and doesn't update the ignore pain tooltip, so can't just grab its tooltip to use in estimations. Tracking the shield of ignore pain still works properly, it's just estimating in that one scenario that has potential to be off.
