Implements multi-format import (SeventyUpgrades JSON, SimC/Raidbots, generic item ID lists), save/load/export functionality, smart 2H vs off-hand handling, and bag/chat link ingestion. Includes UI construction and hooks to register a new SGJ tab, a character-saved database, README, CHANGELOG, MIT LICENSE, and a .toc file.
