• Add spell crit/hit parsing and bump versions
  Extend TermMap with additional spell hit/crit synonyms and remove duplicate entries; add mappings for various era phrasings so spell hit/crit are recognized consistently. Reorder and expand EquipPatterns so critical-related patterns are checked before hit (prevents "critical hit" from being matched as plain "hit") and add several regexes to catch alternate phrasings (e.g. "critical hit with spells", "critical hit rating").
