**Removed: dead "Track NPC deaths in capital cities" toggle**
- The checkbox in `Settings > Timers > Timer Data` had been there for a while but did nothing — toggling it on or off had no actual effect. NPC death detection in Org / Stormwind has always run unconditionally. Removed the orphan UI to stop confusing anyone who wondered what it did.
