New: Per-character settings

Every setting can now be global or per character. By default all your characters share one set of settings, exactly like before, so nothing changes unless you want it to.

Check "Use separate settings for this character" at the top of the settings window and that character gets its own independent copy of everything: bar position, size, rows, spacing, tracked spells, glow, voice, and click-through. It starts as a copy of your shared settings, so nothing changes the moment you enable it.

Uncheck the box to go back to the shared settings at any time. The character's own settings are kept, so re-checking the box later restores them.

New: Click-through icons

The icon bar no longer blocks your mouse. Clicks and camera turns now pass through the icons (and the invisible bar behind them) to the game world, so you no longer have to move your camera mid-fight to click a unit sitting behind a cooldown icon.

On by default. If you prefer the old solid bar, uncheck "Click-through icons" in the settings window.

The bar is still grabbable to reposition whenever you unlock it in settings, regardless of this setting.

Settings window reorganized into tabs

The settings window is now split into a General tab (bar size, layout, glow, and voice options) and a Tracked Spells tab (the full class spell list). The window is about a third shorter so it fits on screen in windowed mode and on smaller displays, and the spell list gets more room than before.

Fixed: Bar position could differ or vanish per character

The game client was quietly keeping its own copy of the bar position on each character, which could override the addon's saved spot. On some characters the bar showed up in an old location or partly off screen. The addon's saved position is now the single authority, and opening the settings window always snaps the bar back into view.
