New Features

• Ignore Global Opacity, off by default, is available on the Essential, Utility, Auras, Bars and Cursor containers, on Custom Bars 1 to 3, on the Resource and Secondary Resource bars, and on each Duration Bar and Ability Bar. Turning it on keeps that display at full opacity when the Visibility page opacity settings dim or hide everything else, so you can choose exactly what stays on screen out of combat.
• Druids have a Keep Combo Points While Shifted option, on by default. Combo points banked in Cat Form stay on the Secondary Resource bar after you leave the form, and it reverts to the form's usual resource once they are spent or expire.
• Druids can pick the Secondary Resource bar's contents per profile: Automatic by form, or a fixed choice of combo points, mana, energy, rage or nothing. Balance also gets astral power.

Improvements

• The options window now disregards the opacity settings while it is open, so frames set to fade or disappear out of combat stay on screen while you are configuring them.
• The Secondary Resource bar no longer loses its Ignore Global Opacity setting when the tracked resource is rebuilt, such as on a spec or talent change.
• The Tip of the Spear page now matches the other secondary resources, with a Secondary Resource header and a Visibility section holding its show, text and combat toggles plus Ignore Global Opacity.
• Brewmaster Stagger now reads as a short figure such as 847K instead of the full number, which never fit the bar.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the Secondary Resource bar vanishing until you left combat when it was anchored to another frame and the tracked resource changed mid-fight, such as a Druid shifting forms.
• Fixed Brewmaster Stagger reading empty in Mythic+, raids and rated PvP. The bar and its readout now track correctly in all content, and the light, moderate and heavy colouring follows the stagger debuff so it stays accurate there too.

Removed

• The retired Hunter charge bars for Kill Command, Wildfire Bomb and Aimed Shot have been taken out along with their unreachable options page. They were replaced by Ability Bars some time ago and their leftover settings are cleared automatically.
