Semantic versioning for Lua.

This addon does nothing on its own. Developers can use it in their own addons if they want to save a few lines.

Example Usage

local v = LibStub"SemVer"
-- The following lines each evaluate to true.
v"1.2.3" == v(1,2,3)
v"1.2.3" < v(4,5,6)
v"1.2.3-alpha" < v"1.2.3"
v"1.2.3" == v"1.2.3+build.1"
