SelfCare

SelfCare reminds you to take care of yourself while you play — hydrate, fix your posture, and take breaks at intervals you control.

A simple notification appears on screen at each interval. No flashy borders, no interruptions — just a gentle nudge, then it's gone.

Features

• Three independent reminders: Hydrate, Posture, and Break
• Fully configurable intervals (5–300 minutes per reminder)
• Alerts are paused during combat and cutscenes, then shown afterwards
• Optional chat message alongside the on-screen notification
• Click to dismiss, or set a timer for auto-dismiss
• If reminders feel off-schedule, hit Reset Timers in the settings panel to restart them from now
• Configure everything in Esc > Options > AddOns > SelfCare

Slash Commands

• /selfcare — Open settings
• /selfcare test — Preview all three alerts immediately
• /selfcare reset — Restart all timers from now
