GLOBAL OPTIONS
- Added checkbox options for individual toggling of media & textures from the Selective Custom Skins extension addon.
* Disabled by default while selective custom skins is disabled, Enabled by default while selective custom skins is enabled.

PVP SETTINGS - COOLDOWN TRACKING
- Added support for spells that have multiple charges. (forgot about this element due to testing on a spec with no charge modifiers)

NAMEPLATE SETTINGS - GLOBAL
- Restored functionality back into all checkboxes on this subpage.
