ALL PAGES
- Updated the tooltip styling so the title is GameFontNormalLarge, gold body text and any third label/warning lines are GameFontNormal sizes.

HOMEPAGE
- Added a new checkbox for setting the selective interface to full screen mode, everything will remain centered to the same anchor points in and out of full screen mode, this checkbox will also be avaiable while viewing any page, but while not on page [1] the checkbox will move up and take the welcome message checkbox's position, until viewing page [1] again it will then revert to its natural position below the welcome messge checkbox.
Default: Disabled.

- While in full screen mode, the interface will automatically scale to 1.75 to give the same visual scaling as while not in full screen mode and will revert back to 1 when disabling full screen mode.
The grabber is disabled while in full screen mode to prevent lower scaling drifting of page features.

- Updated the grabber scaling size limit from 1.5 to 1.75 to match full screen modes zoom in.

- Updated the page label for NAMEPLATE SETTINGS to dynamically change to either NAMEPLATE ICONS or RETICLES depending which page is open for full clarity.

- Corrected the position of the old changelog version button so it no longer overlaps the scroll frame.

- Added tooltips to the current version, old version logs, and the red UI button for selecting older changelogs, the older changelogs red UI button will have a third red warning tooltip line "Exit Full Screen Mode to view to expanded menu."

RATED PVP BUTTONS
- Updated the placeholder tooltips for each Hide Shortcut checkboxes.

- Added 5 new checkbox in the center of the page above Hide Shortcut section to toggle the position adjuster to move the W/L/% text to a position on for that rated pvp button. 
This size adjuster will produce a box below the honor tabs while Rated is open with double sliders  on a grey backdrop to adjust the x & y axis positions accordingly and if more than 1 adjuster is enabled, they will stack below the first enabled adjuster backdrop.

- The Text Adjuster grey box created for the adjustment of any tab's overlay text  will anchor to the center bottom point of the Player vs Player window, while viewing Rated only.
Closing the selective interface, changing page or reloading will close the text adjuster box and set the associated checkbox to disabled and is profile aware and default to disabled.

- If 2+ checkboxes for the adjusters are enabled at once, the options will stack down.
The viewing capability will vary depending on your UI scale and resolution.

- Updated the defaults for overlay text for W, L and % from 8 to 10.

- Added tooltips to the 5 new checkboxes where the third line will be in a smaller font size for a cleaner display.

( EMERGENCY HOTFIX for v5.99.1 )
- Fixed an issue with full screen mode for this page having checkbox, and dropdown menu anchors set incorrectly and causing overlaps.
All checkboxes, and dropdown menus and all associated text will now correctly anchor all content on the page when in full screen mode, and toggling full screen mode.
( This bug was causing it to not respect anchors if toggling to full screen mode after a reload and forcing elements to overlap. )

NAMEPLATE SETTINGS - NAMEPLATE ICONS
- Updated the healthbar anchor so it no longer jitters when a nameplate is still and prevents rapid refreshes of the anchor position while unchanged.
It will still follow the blizzards distance, opacity, and stacking activity.

- Added 1 new checkbox to the right side of the appearance manager to toggle the position adjusters to move the class icon to a position of your choice. 
(The grey drag backdrop panel will be disabled if your close the selective UI or move to another page.)
Default: Original centered +20 above the nameplate healthbar.

CVAR CONTROLS
- Removed the refresh button.

- Added a tooltip to the favourites only checkbox.

- Updated the CVAR Browser options tooltip to have a gold colored header, body text remains white.
