RATED PVP BUTTONS
- Moved both toggle rated buttons, and toggle rated bracket button statistics sections to now allign at the top right to left respectively to allow for the introduction of additional options.

- Added 3 new dropdown menu's alligned next to their respected checkboxes for button statistics to adjust the size of its displayed text from 8-18. (If enabled)
These have been integration into profile functionality and will default to 8.

- Updated the textures of all 5 Rated BG Button, and all 3 Statistics checkbox icons with a selective colored, and styled text logo texture.

- Added a new custom eye texture that will be used as a hide shortcut on the Rated PvP tab if enabled from the 5 new checkboxes below.

- Added a title above the bottom positioned checkboxes to have it be formatted, and clean and separate from additional features that will later fill the middle blank space.

- Added 5 new checkboxes that toggle a "Hide Shortcut" for each independent rated pvp button on the rated pvp tab.
These have been integration into profile functionality and will default to off.
Additionally the toggling via the Hide Shortcut texture will update the associated checkbox to match the toggle state from the Toggle Solo Shuffle, BG Blitz, 2v2, 3v3 and Rated BG section.

- Updated the hide functionality to be a bit more robust, and prevent any rare taint blocks with the join battle button for queueing.

FONTS
- Fixed an issue causing the preview tooltip specifically meant for this module only, to leak into the dropdown menu options on all pages with a dropdown menu.
Other pages with a dropdown menu will now correctly display their own, or no tooltip for the options available.

NAMEPLATE SETTINGS - RETICLES
- Updated the dynamic text so it now matches all other pages dynamic coloring of the Enable text.

PROFILES
- Added a tooltip to the create & delete name box with a case sensitive warning in blue on the tooltip.
