Seconds to Full calculates your time to full HP. It uses class-specific Spirit-to-HP5 conversion formulas and scans all 19 equipment slots for bonus healing stats.

Seconds to Full calculates your time to full HP using your Spirit-based regen rate and any +Health per 5 sec stats on your gear. It uses class-specific Spirit-to-HP5 conversion formulas and scans all 19 equipment slots for bonus healing stats. A simple countdown display tells you exactly when you'll be back to full — no more guessing if you should eat or just wait.

Features:

- Accurate Regen Calculation — Combines Spirit-based HP regen with item HP5 from all equipped gear

- Class-Specific Formulas — Different Spirit-to-HP5 ratios per class (Warrior 0.80, Priest 0.15, Mage 0.10, etc.)

- Full Equipment Scan — Scans all 19 slots for +Health per 5 sec via tooltip parsing

- Formatted Countdown — Displays "2m 30s", "45s", etc.

- Stats Breakdown — `/stf stats` shows detailed regen sources

- Draggable Frame — Movable display that saves position

Slash Commands: `/stf` or `/secondstofull`

- `show / hide` — Toggle the display

- `stats` — Show detailed regen breakdown

- `reset` — Reset frame position
