### Safety
- Preview mode cannot release the player.

### Origin Story
Created during a raid break after someone requested a second confirmation before releasing. 

We had a working (but very messy) copy in effect by the end of that same raid.

The development team has since acquired a repository, a Visual Studio solution, and considerably better deployment procedures.
