The chat menu button is hidden by several popular addons, and whilst this is generally no big loss, sometimes I want to access the chat menu, to see a list of emotes or to change my character's default chat language.
This tiny utility addon simply provides access to the chat menu by means of shift-clicking the first chat tab.
