Contains the BotLeech function pack, and defines the "/hate" emote.
BotLeech allows you to create and manage a list of known Bots on your server, and provides functions that simplify tagging their targets, and reporting them all using a GM ticket.
/scud for help, /bothelp for BotLeech help, it's all fairly self-explanatory.
Still in development, but is known to work fairly well.
