SayLess Forever

SayLess Forever — Less typing. More adventuring.

Your party is ready. Your keyboard is across the room. SayLess.

SayLess Forever puts your everyday group messages in a simple quick chat menu. Say hello, ask for a moment, or let your party know you need to drink—all with controller, keyboard, or mouse support.

Features

• Eight customizable phrases: Use the included messages or write your own.
• Controller navigation: Browse and confirm messages using WoW’s built-in gamepad input.
• Keyboard and mouse support: Choose whichever controls suit your setup.
• Automatic group channel: Sends to your current party, raid, or instance group.
• Preview before sending: Check the message and destination, then confirm.
• Demo mode: Try the menu without sending anything to chat.
• Saved phrases: Your custom messages are shared across your characters.

Every message is sent by you, with a short cooldown to help prevent accidental repeats.

Getting started

Type /sayless to open the menu. Choose a phrase, review it, and confirm to send it to your group.

Customize your phrases using the menu’s editing controls with a mouse and keyboard. Once saved, they’re ready to use with your controller.

Useful commands

• /sayless — Open the quick chat menu.
• /sayless demo — Try the menu without sending messages.
• /sayless live — Return to live messaging.
• /sayless status — Check the addon’s current status.

Early release

Built for WoW Forever. This initial alpha operates outside combat and closes its menu when combat begins. Sending requires a group; demo mode lets you explore the menu while solo.

Feedback and bug reports are welcome! Please include your game build, addon version, and controller model if relevant.
