Bump Interface to 120105 for WoW patch 12.1.5

Addon code was scanned against the 12.1.5 API changes; no removed or
re-signatured API is used, so only the TOC Interface version needed
updating.

    chore(toc): bump Interface to 120105 for patch 12.1.5

    - README compatibility list extended with 12.1.5 (EN + zhCN)
    - Also includes the X-Curse-Project-ID line that was already sitting
      uncommitted in the working tree before this change
