1.2.0 — a folded heading shows when something new is inside

• A folded heading glows when something new goes into it. Fold a group and what arrives in it is out of sight: arrows bought at a vendor could land in a folded "Other" and look as if they had never come. A folded heading now pulses gold while something new is inside it, until you open it, sort or rearrange your bags, or close them. It is on for everyone and has a switch on the settings window's Bags page: "Glow a folded heading when something new goes into it".
• "New" means arrived. The glowing border of "Highlight new items" lit any slot whose item had changed, so sorting your bags or dragging a stack to another slot lit everything that moved. An item is now new when it has come into your bags (looted, bought, taken from the bank or the mail), and a stack you already had counts when it grows.
• A new item's border stops when you have looked at it. It went on until you closed your bags, whatever you did. It now stops when you point at the item, as the game's own bags do, and when you fold the heading it is under; closing your bags still stops them all.
• A new character's bank shows its slots. With Consolidated on, as it is when installed, the bank window listed only what was in the bank, so an empty bank, which is every new character's, showed no slot at all and said "No bank data found. Open your bank to scan it." while you stood at the banker, with nowhere to drop an item. An open bank with nothing in it now shows its empty slots, and an item can be dropped on one; once something is in it the window is as it was. Away from the banker, a bank that was seen and held nothing now says "This bank is empty." instead of asking you to open it.
• A spare slot at the banker when Consolidated is on. Consolidated lists only what the bank holds, each item once with its total, so a bank with something in it had no empty slot on show and nowhere to drop an item. An open bank now keeps one empty slot on show, with the number free on it, as Hide Empty does. Settings, Bank: "A spare empty slot when Consolidated", on unless you turn it off.
• The gold tooltip shows income and spending apart. Pointing at the gold in the bags' bottom row showed one figure for the session, up or down. It now shows what came in, what was spent, and the difference (Income, Spent, Net), counted from your login as before and carried across a reload.

Supported versions

Built for WoW: Forever, with its tabbed bank and reagent bag. It is not tested on retail.
