- Added pulsetimers for Windfury, Tremor and Grounding Totem

- Totems that gives a buff now shows affected party members count (including you) ontop of timer. (This does not include windfury, windfury is a wep enchant, and can not be detected by other players then the one that has it)

- Changed order of totems to fire, earth, air, water
