General fixes to handle new Addon Config APIs, Spell and Item APIs, Skyriding, etc. (Things changed in Prepatch/Beta.) No real functionality updates I recall

Adding to the AutoSell exception list currently does not work. I have not figured out how to handle this, will be working on it later. Also, not sure how many people actually use it versus just setting the max item level, or disable it and use "autolooter" addon.

I have not had excessive play time in Pre-Patch/Beta, so please don't hesitate to report issues I have not run into.
